- Bidding Schedule This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number applicable to this announcement is F2U3679261A001. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) reserved exclusively to qualifying small businesses. This synopsis/combined solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36, 10 Sep 09.
