- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center - Yuma, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Western Digital Video Corporation (WDVC), 8689 W. Charleston Suite 109 Las Vegas, NV 89117. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310 with a standard size of 750 employees. The contract will consist of the following; 1EA Pelco MDL# DX8108-250 Multiplexer 250GB 8 Channel, 2EA Pelco MDL# KBD300A Controller w/Joy Stick, and 4 EA Pelco MDL# DX8116-250 Multiplexer 250GB 16 Channel. This requirement is for video equipment that will be integrated to the Perimeter Detection System (PDIS) fence line security system program designed by WDVC for YPG. The multiplexer must be compatible with the systems currently being utilized by YPG police and guard services. The upgrade must be conducted by WDVC as the company designed and installed the current fence security system, and are knowledgeable of proper settings, parameters, and connectors. Interested parties must submit technical literature showing their capability to meet the Government requirement no later than 9:00 A.M MST on 25 September 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
