- The services to be accomplished under this solicitation are packing and tract setting a total of approximately 8 miles of cross-country ski trails at the Lolo Pass on the Powell Ranger District of the Clearwater National Forest. Services include furnishing all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentalsto perform the work. The solicitation has two renewal periods. Lolo Pass is located on the border of Montana and Idaho along U.S. Highway 12. It is approximately 45 miles west of Missoula, Montana, 100 miles east of Kooskia, Idaho and 175 miles east of Lewiston, Idaho.
