- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of various bread products for the inmate population at three (3) Federal Correctional Facilities within the Dallas/Fort Worth area: Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Seagoville, 2113 North Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas 75159; Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fort Worth, 3150 Horton Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76119; Federal Medical Center (FMC) Carswell, "J" Street Building 3000, Fort Worth, Texas 76127. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period of 12 months. The estimated contract requirements for the base period include: Bread, white, day old enriched, pan-baked sandwich, sliced, 1.5lb loaf CID A-A-20052, Type 1, NSN 8920-01-136-9632 - 100,948 lf. Bread, 100% whole wheat and or multi grain, day old enriched, pan-baked sandwich, sliced, 1.5lb loaf, CID A-A-20052, Type 1, NSN 8920-00-167-4277 - 40,960 lf. Bread, White, Bun shaped for hamburgers, white enriched, pan-baked Soft, Sliced CID A-A-20053, Type III, ADCOP, 8/pk, NSN 8920-753-5768 - 64,596 packs. Bread, White, Bun Shaped for Hot Dogs, white enriched, pan baked, Soft, Sliced, CIDA-A-20053, Type III, ADCOP, 8/pk, NSN 8920-00-753-5769 - 20,920 packs. Rolls, Hoagie, Enriched baked or Not Enriched, Hearth or Pan Baked, Sliced, CID A-A-20053, Type XL, NSN 8920-01-346-2885, 6/pk, - 33,800. The solicitation will be available on or about October 1, 2009 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
