- This is a special notice IAW FAR 5.101(a)(2) provided to announce a requirement, and does not constitute an actual synopsis and/or solicitation. This notice is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Bruel & Kjaer North America, under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a response to this notice via phone or E-mail requesting a copy of the solicitation, which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
