- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of 41,400 rentable square feet in Denver, CO within the following delineated area: North: 20th Street East: Wazee Street West: Broadway South: Speer Boulevard The space should yield between 36,000 to 39,600 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be contiguous within the building and one (1) secured parking space is required. Space should be available for occupancy by June 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
