- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR COMPUTERRELATED TRAINING COURSES. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote.This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a writtenamendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions.1.Where is the training to be held?The location is variable we are looking at locations within a 50 mile radius2.Will a classroom be available with software loaded for the classes?Yes, the classes are all instructor lead training with loaded systems provided at thedesignated location3.Are you looking for "learn by doing" tutorials where the steps are provided tothe user and then they actually have to follow that step? Please see for example:http://www.designingdigitallyclients.com/Axolotl/ No, we are looking for instructor lead training.4. Are you looking to deliver this material via a LMS. If so are you using VMARE /Oracles proprietary system?The classes are all instructor lead and are not available on line. 5.Do you have outline of the subject material as I see the material provided on theonline RFQ but it does not provide an estimate for learner hours. Learner hours means howlong a user will sit at the computer and take this learning tool. I do not have the hours but the course listings is posted on the online RFQ. 6.Where is the place of performance?The place of performance is variable.The due date for receipt of offers IS NOT extended.Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) by September 24, 2009. Documents related to thisprocurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web(WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
