- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR COMPUTERRELATED TRAINING COURSES. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote.This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a writtenamendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions raised by potential vendors.1. How many students do you project to take the class? 262. What time period is the training requested? THE CLASSES WILL BE TAKEN AT VARIOUSINTERVALS OVER THE NEXT YEAR.3. Can we bid of some of the items, or do we have to bid on all? MUST BID ON ALL4. Does the bid need to include all costs, including materials, travel etc? THE COSTNEED TO INCLUDE EVERYTHING5. Do you want a copy of the outline? YES6. Do you want references included in a formal proposal or just the cost? YOU CANPROVIDE A LIST OF THE REFERENCES THEY DONT HAVE TO BE IN A FORMAL PROPOSAL. MAKE SUREYOU INCLUDE THE COURSES IN WHICH YOU PROVIDED SERVICES.7. This is a web based learning, or an on-site instruction? ON-SITE INSTRUCTION8. You used (JB) as a measurement of units. Can you clarify what does (JB) mean. JBSTANDS FOR JOB. IT WAS USED AS ONLY A UNIT OF MEASURE, FOR COMPUTER PURPOSES JB MEANS ASERVICE.9. Is this 1 student or 1 class? If it is 1 class, how many students will be attendingthe class? ONE CLASS10. Will all of the students be attending in the same classroom or will there be somethat attend the class remotely from other facilities? ALL STUDENTS WILL BE ATTENDING INTHE SAME CLASSROOM*All unanswered questions are currently pending a response. Once questions are answeredthey will be posted.*The due date for receipt of offers IS NOT extended.Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) by September 24, 2009. Documents related to thisprocurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web(WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
