- Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System is seeking the award of a contract to furnish Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), Primary Care Mountain Home, Arkansas. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12.6. The solicitation adheres to the format defined in FAR 12.303 for the acquisition of commercial products and shall be evaluated in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12.602. NAICS code for this acquisition is: 621498 with a size standard of $9.0 million. The contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision and qualified competent personnel to operate (CBOC) primary care service for the treatment of care for eligible veteran beneficiaries as referred and authorized by Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System.. All services provided under the contract shall be in compliance with the standards of The Joint Commission. The contractor shall provide services for the period April 1, 2010 - 31 March 2011 with 4 one year option periods. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract for services in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules therein, pending the availability of funds. Services under the contract shall be performed on site at selected CBOC location. Each offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost/price and technical standpoint, as contract award may be based on initial offers received, without discussions. The solicitation will issue on or about 13 Oct 09. The closing date for submission of proposals will be established in the solicitation. Copies of the solicitation shall be acquired electronically. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be posted on Fed Biz Opps website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments and acknowledging amendments.
