- Synopsis - Digital In Car Video Recorder Dyess AFB, TX is looking to contract a Digital In Car Video, a 2.4 GIG XMITTER and 8 Gigabyte Memory Card. Contract action resulting from this solicitation will be based on Availability of Funds (FAR 52.232-18). A firm fixed price contract is contemplated for this acquisition. This procurement will be a competitive Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed solicitation number is FA4661-09-T-0067. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423410, with a size standard of 100 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, http:www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 25 September 2009. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon all interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any and all documents. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. You may download the solicitation and fax or email your proposal. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) located at http://www.ccr.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Brad Street. Registering may take up to two (2) weeks to process. All prospective offerors must also be registered in the Online Certification and Reprensentation Application (ORCA) located at www.orca.bpn.gov.
