Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AQD-DC is issuing this RFQ to solicit quotes for the purpose of entering into a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE contract. AQD-DC will conduct this acquisition using Parts 12 and 13 under the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The intended NAICS code is 541512 with a size standard of $25M. The offeror must be designated as a small business for NAICS code 541512 in the offeror's CCR and ORCA records. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34. REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTIONS: NT4E-4TPCLe Packet Capture Network Adaptor, PCI-e, 4x1Gbps, RJ45. PCAP driver supported on Ubuntu, CentOS and FreeBSD. Qty: 5 Standard Support for NT4x. 12 months, renewable. 9am - 5pm (US Eastern), Mon-Fri, phone and email. Priority access to support resources, and on-going software maintenance and feature releases. These rates may be adjusted only as a result of revisions to prevailing labor rates provided by the Secretary of Labor. The option provision may be exercised more than once, but the total extension of performance hereunder shall not exceed 6 months. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 2 weeks. (End of clause)
