MODIFICATION: This action originally publicized in Fed Biz Ops dated JULY 30, 2009. The purpose of this modification is to notify each interested vendor of the following information: The response date is changed to 02 October 2009. Any vendor interested in sending samples of materials used to construct your Maintenance Platform design will be permitted to send in such items at the same time as your proposal. However, these materials will be required to be shipped to the following address separate from your proposal: ATTN: IRA (JIM) BURDMCLB WHSE 405 WEST ENDYERMO ANNEX BARSTOW,CALIFORNIA 92311-5015 The vendor's proposal and all design data will be required to be sent to the Contract Specialist listed in the original solicitation. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged and in full effect.
