- Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for Fifty (50) Siren Astro Mobile and Cable, W3 Siren Switch Box, part number: P2059. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". A solicitation will not be issued. All quotes must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, September 25, 2009 to email sheila.y.rivera@usdoj.gov, Contract Specialist or via fax 703.495.6680.
