Description
RFP Pakistan Sr Program Mgmt & Policy Advisor(s) The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified U.S. citizens to provide short-term personal services under a Personal Services Contract (PSC), to s erve as Senior Program Management and Policy Advisor(s) on an intermittent basis, to work at a variety of levels in the USAID/Pakistan Mission, in Islamabad and/or in one or more Mission Field Offices. It is anticipated that most assignments will involve providing senior-level advice and assistance in design, management, oversight, monitoring, and evaluation associated with the Mission's strategy and its programs/projects, assisting in Mission and Field Office start-ups, and to cover gaps in Mission executive leadership and management capacity due to home leave, the scheduled transfer of senior staff, etc. Needs will vary, and actual assignments will depend largely on an assessment of the capabilities of individual(s) available at the time a need arises, the ability of selectees to travel at a specific time, and other circumstances that may arise from time to time. This is for multiple short-term intermittent positions. Note, there are several submission deadlines: 10/14/2009, 11/4/2009, and 12/2/2009 (the final closing date). described in the attached solicitation.
