Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - Sheppard AFB intends to issue a purchase order under FAR 13.501, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Vindicator Technologies Inc., on a Sole Source basis to purchase and install Vindicator Closed Circuit Cameras at three Entries control Points, and two support Buildings. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. No request for quote for this procurement will be transmitted via Federal Business Opportunities. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is the determination of the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Justification & Approval and the Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted after completion.
