Description

RFIs and changes to W90VTJ91102500 1) When is expected award date? Expected award date is on or about 29 September 2009 2) Since the period of performance is short (one month), would the Government be willing to provide the PWS to the winning bidder upon contract award? Yes, that is the intent. 3) To allow sufficient time to arrange for the required site visitation (country clearance, airline tickets, billeting), would the Government be willing to extend the performance period to six weeks from date of award? Yes, we are willing to extend PoP to 92 days (1 Oct 09 to 31 December 09). 4) Is there a page restriction on the Descriptive Literature? Yes, limit all submissions to 30 pages each. 5) Can the RFQ be submitted electronically? If yes, which email address should be used? Yes, that is the preferred method. Email to utilize is: Magdaleno.guzman@jtfb.southcom.mil 6) Should price (labor, travel, ODC) and Descriptive Literature be submitted in separate files? Yes, please submit each category separately.
