Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE IN DOWNEY, CALIFORNIA STAR #: 6CA0671 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 13,276 rentable square feet in Downey, California. The space should yield 11,545 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require two (2) reserved parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Telegraph Road South: Gardendale St. to 105 Freeway to 605 Freeway to Imperial Hwy East: Bloomfield Avenue West: Paramount Boulevard The proposed lease is for Fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
