- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20090729. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is F105 and the North American Industry Classification system Code (NAICS) is 561710. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base, California is seeking potential sources capable of providing all management, licenses, personnel, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor to perform pest control services at the Muroc Lake Golf Course IAW golf course industry commercial standards.
