The Government has continuing need of space with a slight increase to yield 7,185 ANSI/BOMA square feet of contiguous office and related area. It has been determined that continued occupancy in current premises will result in less cost to the Government when the expenses of relocation and replication of telecommunications, security, and other tenant improvements are taken into consideration. Occupancy must occur no later than July 1, 2010. LEASE TERM: Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm.
