- FOR INFORMATION ONLY -- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Contracting and General Services Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for the Tehama Colusa Fish Facilities at 10950 Tyler Road, Red Bluff, CA 96080, to have a contractor Replace a Modular Trailer with a new energy efficient modular office structure of 1400 square feet. The project includes demolishing and removing a Spectrum mobile trailer (approximately 1416 square feet). The new facility will be energy efficient and ADA compliant. NOTE: This unit is located in Tehama County. A pre-bid contractor site visit is planned; contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. Basis for award will be Lowest Technically Acceptable Price Quote. A competitive RFQ, solicitation no. 80181RQ530 to include all attachments, will only be issued via GSA e-Buy within (approximate) 5 days of this pre-solicitation notice and will only be available electronically through https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/. The solicitation response date (which has not currently been determined) will be at 3:00 PM (local time). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. Our intent is to issue one delivery order contract award from an existing GSA Schedule under Special Item Numbers (SINs): 361 10E Pre-Engineered and Prefabricated Buildings and Structures for Professional Facility; 361 30 Ancillary Services relating to Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Buildings and Structures; and 361 32 Installation and Site Preparation for Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Buildings and Structures. Estimated delivery (project completion) date is 300 days from contract award date.
