Description
REQUIREMENTS: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Stearns County Office in Waite Park, MN, is interested in leasing approximately 6,753 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 6,125 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 6,431 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 42 paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of North: Hwy 134 to Hwy 120, East: State Hwy 15, West: Hwy 23 to 74th Ave Hwy 75, South: Stearns County Rd 137 and Bel Clare Dr. Other applicable requirements include: - Preference will be given to first floor space. - Others OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required by April 1, 2010. Expressions of Interest must include the following information: • Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. • ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. • Date of space availability. • Method of rentable space measurement. • Building ownership information. • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. • List of building services provided.
