- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Kandiyohi County Office in Willmar, MN, is interested in leasing approximately 6,817 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 6,183 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 6,492 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 43 paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of North: County Road 24, East: State Highway 23/27, West: County Road 5, South: State Highway 23. Other applicable requirements include: - Preference will be given to first floor space. - Others OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required by August 1, 2010. Expressions of Interest must include the following information: • Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. • ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. • Date of space availability. • Method of rentable space measurement. • Building ownership information. • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. • List of building services provided.
