- PR IQC09265009061, NSN 5930-00-642-9137. This is an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery purchase order RFQ. This acquisition is fo supplies for which the government does not posess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the government intends to solicite and contract with only the approved source and its dealewrs and distributors. Approved source is Kidde Technologies Inc (73168) P/N 07-012411-000-239. Various increments wil be solicited: 10 to 50 ea, 51 to 100 ea, 101 to 150 ea, 151 to 200 ea and 201 to 250 ea. The estimated yearly demand is 144 each. Request for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. This solicitation will be available on its issue date of 09/22/2009 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfq/. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This item is not set aside for small business.
