- Attachment 2, Past Performance Questionnaire, Solar Power Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW, Solar Power, 28 Aug 09 Request for Proposal, FA9301-09-R-0029, Purchase of Solar Electricity AFFTCI 32-6, Edwards AFB Wastewater Instruction Edwards AFB Design Standards This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20090825. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is S112 and the North American Industry Classification system Code (NAICS) is 221119. This acquisition is Full and Open. The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base, California is seeking potential sources capable of providing solar generated electric power for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB) consumption in accordance with the request for proposal, FA9301-09-R-0029 and the Statement of Work, Purchase of Renewable Solar Elctricity: 4 Power Grid Locations, dated 21 Sep 2009. An Industry Day (Site Visit) will be held Wednesday, 7 Oct 09 at 8:00 AM (PST). All interested parties attending the site visit must be pre-registered no later than Friday, 2 Oct 09 at 1:00 PM (PST). Additional information regarding Industry Day and registration will be posted. Individuals that are not legal residents of the United States will not be allowed access to Edwards AFB. ** NOTE** The RFP number listed on the FBO website is FA9301-09-R-0026; however, the RFP number listed on all of the attachment is FA9301-09-R-0029. Please use FA9301-09-R-0029 on all proposals and correspondence.
