- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has the requirement for Dump Trailers to be delivered to Ensley Engineer Yard, 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN, in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is W912EQ-09-T-0079 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFQ). This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. The associated NAICS code is 336212. All responsible sources submitting a quote shall be considered by the agency. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 5. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. If you believe your firm possesses the ability to provide the supplies listed, then you must respond by September 25, 2009 @ 10:00AM. Solicitation will be posted NLT 22 September 2009.
