- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F6THCC9264A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 335313 and small business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is for the purchase of: 0001-AA (QTY 2) Bus PT: Cummins Generator Control Bus PT with a 120V DC input to match existing switchgear PT Ratio, replaces existing 480V Bus PT in Cummins Genset. Cummins 0300-4985-04. 0002-AA (QTY 2) Bus PT Fuse holder for 3-1A fuses, with fuses. Shawmut USCC31 or approved equal. 0003-AA (QTY 1) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC): Fully programmed PLC with sequence of operation (SO) per attached SO and single line drawing, including hardware and programming. Vpower PLC001APC or approved equal. 0004-AA (QTY 1) Master Synchronizer, Cummins 541-1359 0005-AA (QTY 1) Local Control Panel, with emergency stops. Vpower LCP-A24 or equal. 0006-AA (QTY 2) Grounding resistors, 300A, 2400V, 8ohm, 10 second. Post Glover 300A 2400V 10 second or approved equal. 0007-AA (QTY 12) Differential Current Transformers, 200A, C20, ANSI Class. GE ITE C20 Class or approved equal. 0008-AA (QTY 1000 Linear Feet) Network Cable for remote annunciators.
