- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C3469244A004, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The NAICS code is 423450. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: MFG: Patriot Outfitters Inc. or equal CLIN 0001- Multi-tool Pouch - 2110032-15 - AIR FORCE DIGITAL TIGER STRIPE (ABU PATTERN). The MTP is specifically designed for the Leatherman or Gerber Series multi-tools. This pouch attaches to your modular kit using the TT M.A.L.I.C.E. clip or can be worn on a standard belt or equal (30 Each) CLIN 0002- Strobe Compass Pouch (MODULAR) - 2110041-15 - AIR FORCE DIGITAL TIGER STRIPE (ABU PATTERN). The Strobe/Compass pouch is a fully modular pouch which allows you to carry small items such as strobe lights, compass, signal mirrors, camo sticks and much more or equal(20 Each) CLIN 0003- Accessory Front Pouch - 2110045-15 - AIR FORCE DIGITAL TIGER STRIPE (ABU PATTERN) or equal(40 Each) CLIN 0004- Universal Radio Pouch - 2110058-15 - AIR FORCE DIGITAL TIGER STRIPE (ABU PATTERN). The URP can hold a wide variety of commercial and military hand-held radios. This includes but is not limited to: the Motorola SABER, Walkabout, Garmin Rino or NAV/COM used by commercial and military aviators.This pouch attaches to your modular kit using the TT M.A.L.I.C.E. clip or equal. (20 Each) CLIN 0005- Pistol Mag Pouch Double - 2110037-15 - AIR FORCE DIGITAL TIGER STRIPE (ABU PATTERN). The Pistol Magazine Pouch II is designed to accommodate a secondary weapon system magazine or equal.(20 Each) CLIN 0006- Disposable Glove Pouch - 2110070-15SP - SECURITY - AIR FORCE DIGITAL TIGER STRIPE (ABU PATTERN). The DGP is perfect for EMS, Law Enforcement, Fire-Rescue and Military personnel. Bodily Substance Isolation is a concern for everyone and with the DGP at your side you will always have your personal protective equipment ready 24/7 or equal(20 Each) CLIN 0007- Multi-Purpose Pouch (MEDIUM)- 2110065-15 - AIR FORCE DIGITAL TIGER STRIPE (ABU PATTERN) or equal. (40 Each) CLIN 0008- Tatical Light Pouch - 2110043-15 - AIR FORCE DIGITAL TIGER STRIPE (ABU PATTERN). The Tactical Light Pouch is designed to carry various models of the Surefire flashlight. The TLP can also accomodate small Mag Lights and other various small tactical flashlights or equal. (20 Each) CLIN 0009- M4P, M4, M-16, CAR-15 POUCH (MODULAR) - 2110033-15 - AIR FORCE DIGITAL TIGER STRIPE (ABU PATTERN). The M4P will hold both twenty or thirty round M-4/M-16 magazines, three each, or two M-14 magazines. Magazines are held in place using a two tiered retention system. The retention flap may be secured to itself allowing the operator to remove a magazine while remaining magazines are held in place or equal. (20 Each) CLIN 0010- Commerical Freight, insurance, and destination to Guam or equal(1 Each) FOB: Destination for delivery to Andersen AFB, Guam 96929. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; FAR 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era.
