- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911S109T0054. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, DOC intends to solicit & award an acquisition for Audio Visual Equipment to include but not limited to multimedia projector with mounts, projector screen, presenter, microphone system, multimedia cart, Plasma TV, mixer board, speakers and stands. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies. Please refer to solicitation for additional information. This is a commercial acquisition. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423620. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This acquisition will set aside 100% for small businesses. The solicitation will be posted on or about 22 September 2009 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS. Failure to register in CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in CCR at the time of award.
