- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911SD09T0313. This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Anasazi Instruments, Inc. 4101 Cashard Ave, Ste 103, Indianapolis, IN 46203, to supply a 90 MHz NMR Spectrometer. The estimated award amount is $ 130,000. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. There will be no solicitation available.
