This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) # SSA-RFQ-09-2229. Submit written quotations ONLY. Oral quotes will NOT be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR)(www.bpn.gov). This procurement is being issued as a one-hundred percent (100%) Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #2005-36. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 335929, 1,000 employees, “Cable, nonferrous, insulated, or armored, made from purchased nonferrous wire,” apply to this procurement. All quotes shall be FOB Destination and the products shall be received within 30 days after the award. ALL quotes MUST include the company’s number of employees, delivery time, and the country of origin for ALL products. Payment will be made by invoice ONLY. Net 30 terms apply. This contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure: See Attached for a list of the line items. The following provision and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items (June 2008). FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items (August 2009). If your company is registered in ORCA (Online Representation and Certifications Application), please read FAR 52.212-3(b)(2) of the Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items and indicate any changes, if applicable. If no changes need to be made, please include a statement that your representations and certifications are current, complete and applicable to this solicitation.
