- SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W909MY-09-F-0027 The CECOM Contracting Center Army Contracting Command intends to award a Purchase Order on a firm-fixed price basis for 1 ea. DPO3014 Tektronix Oscilloscope, 4 ea. CTP0030 30A Tektronix Current Probes, 4 ea. A621 Tektronix Current Probe and 1 ea. HCTEK4321 Tektronix Hardside Transit Case. All responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required may submit a quote to be considered. It is requested that the items be separately priced in the quotes provided. All responses should be received via email within ten (7) calendar days of the date of this notice at 2:00 PM local time. The anticipated award date is ten (5) days from the closing date of this notice. All items shall be delivered within five (5) days from award date. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFAR 252.204-7004. In addition, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: https://orca.bpn.gov. This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
