- This is a notice of intent to place an order with BMC Software, Inc. on a sole source basis for BMC Remedy Fort Monroe Onboarding. No award will be made solely on the basis of this notice since a synopsis of intent to place an order cannot be considered a request for proposals/offers -- Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether bondafide competition exists and whether a request for quote is appropriate. No solicitation/quote documents exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted--written responses, if applicable, prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the requirement, must be received by this office by noon 23 Sep 09. After this notice, if no affirmative responses are received within this time to determine that a comparable source more advantageous to the Government is available, an order will be placed with the above named vendor.
