- Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Belvoir, Virginia is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is W91QV1-09-T-0137 for Document Management/Workflow Implementation Support, in accordance with the attached SOW. This is a firm fixed price contract. NAICS:541519; SIZE STANDARD:$25.0; SIC CODE: D399. The delivery address is Fort Belvoir VA.. Delivery terms are FOB Destination. The following clauses and provisions are applicable.
