- The proposed contract action is for Surgical Software maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and neotiate with Mckesson Corporation, DBA Information Solution Group, 5995 Windward Pkwy, Alpharetta GA 30005-4184. The purchase will be on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, due to the proprietary software manufactured and maintanined by the company. Service is maintenance of Horizon Surgical Manager software. Interested persons/vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. This purchase is for commercial services. Their is no written solicitaion. Th North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, and the size standard is $7 million. This service is for a one year period, with one additonal option year.
