- Attached is the full list of all items requested. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4625-09-Q-0046 is issued as a request for quotation to procure dock furniture for Whiteman AFB, MO. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, DFARS DCN 20090825, AFFARS AFAC 2009-0803. The NAICS code is 337214 with the corresponding small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. All offers are to remain valid until 3 Oct. 2009. Basis for Award; A FFP contract shall be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
