- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912NW-09-T-0140. The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas, intends to award a firm, fixed price contract to furnish two Ergo Control Positioners, Model 750E2 for aircraft transmissions. Negotiations to be conducted solely with ERGOTECH, Inc. for standardization purposes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This written solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date/time will be considered by the Government. No telephonic requests.
