- NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND REQUIRED BECAUSE FUNDING IS PROVIDED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. The project scope includes the replacement of seven high efficiency rooftop heat pump at the roofs of four support buildings at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. The Contractor shall remove and replace with new designated Heat Pump units from BLDG 253, BLDG 249, BLDG 254 and BLDG 4. The scope also includes evaluation, sizing, and replacement of 3 existing duct systems in order to improve the efficiency of the heating and air conditioning systems. The contractor shall ensure that the units are complete and operational. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises with a field office in Phoenix, Arizona. The magnitude of this construction requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000.
