Description

The following pre-solicitation notice #N66604-09-Q-4691 is hereby revised: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Newport, Rhode Island intends to purchase Orbit six axis controller, P/N AL-4806-3C Opt.1, qty. 2 and to purchase one each of the following, High Speed Switch Controller, P/N OFR9800, Compact Range Feed, Single Linear Polarization (18.0 - 26.5 GHz), P/N AL-2309-18.0-SL; Compact Range Feed, Single Linear Polarization (26.5 - 40.0 GHz), P/N AL-2309-26.5-SL. On-site installation upgrade services of NUWCDIVNPT's Tapered Anechoic Chamber and Compact Range are hereby cancelled. It is expected to place a firm fixed price type purchase order/contract with Orbit Advanced Technologies because they are the only known source capable of providing hardware for the Tapered Anechoic Chamber and Compact Range since Orbit designed and built the facility. All other timely offers will be considered. Offers must be submitted to Eileen Emond, Commercial Acquisition Department, Building 11, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Code 11912, Simonpietri Drive, Newport, Rhode Island 02841-1708. Offers must be received by 2:00 p.m. on 09/24/09. Offers received after this date are late and will not be considered for award. NAICS Code is 334515, Size Standard is 500 employees. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Rhode Island is NOT accepting quotes or proposals via submission through NECO. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) and ORCA (http://orca.bpn.gov/) to be eligible for award.
