Description

This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 110 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 110 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 00 adjacent parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition for a new lease for the Department of Homeland Security-Transportation Security Administration. The lease has been awarded to Fergus County, located at the Regional Airport located in Lewistown, MT. Commencing September 3, 2009 through September 2, 2014, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $2,282.50 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $190.21 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $1,732.50 annually ($15.75/rsf) and an operating rent of $550.00 ($5.00/rsf). The lease terms are set at 5 years/1 year firm. GSA may terminate this lease after December 3, 2010 with 30 days written notice to the Lessor.
