- Contractor will provide all labor materials and equipmentnecessary to perform the work as outlined in an IndefiniteDelivery/Indefinite Quantity window and trim painting, caulking andre-glazing project. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed pricecontract per line item as outlined and awarded. Individual task orderswill be placed against the contract with each individual task order tobe no less than $25,000.00. The minimum for the contract will be$30,000.00 and the maximum for the entire contract will not exceed$1,000,000.00. The term of the contract will be 365 calendar days fromdate of award. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-DisabledVeteran-Owned Small Business firms (SDVOSB). All plans, specificationsand drawings will be available on this website o/a August 22, 2009, nohard copies will be issued. A pre-bid conference and site visit will beheld Wednesday September 2, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) in Room 121,Building 1, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe,Ohio. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers areurged to attend. This will be the only site visit for the project. BidOpening will be held on Wednesay, September 23, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. (localtime) in Rm 121, Building 1, Department of Veterans Affairs MedicalCenter, Chillicothe, Ohio. NAICS 238320.
