- SCHEDULE, SOW AND WAGE DETERMINATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD (a) NAICS: 711219(b) Dollars: $ 7 million This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. THE ATTACHMENT IS CHANGED TO REMOVE THE "DRAFT" WATERMARK ON FACE PAGE CLIN 0001 - 1006 Nonpersonal Services to include all labor, transportation, equipment, uniforms and materials to perform squadron, varsity, extramural, Air Force or Armed Forces sports officiating services as defined in the Statement of Work attached hereto. (See attached 1449 for CLIN structure) The following documents are applicable to this requirement and attached hereto: Statement of Work, Appendix C, and Wage Determination 2005-2139 (Rev 8). Period of Performance begins 01 Oct 2009. The Government intends to award a FFP contract (Basic, plus one option year). In addition to price, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number and taxpayer ID number. Contractor must be registered and up-to-date in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), On-Line Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov and Wide Area Workflow prior to award. Price(s) should be FOB Destination, Robins AFB GA 31098.
