- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO contractors with an existing Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) contract as awarded under the multiple award IDIQ contract for alteration/repair/demolition projects for the work category of utilities. This is not a solicitation. IDIQ contract was previously awarded competitively with the use of best value source selection procedures. The IDIQ Task Order is firm fixed price. The USFWS has a requirement to replace an irrigation mainline and manifold at Umatilla National Wildlife Refuge, Burbank, WA (Walla Walla County). Work will be completed within 180 calendar days. The NAICS code is 237110. Small Business size standard is $33.5 million. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Basis for award will be price and past experience.
