- REVISED, Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit, Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations The solicitation number is FA9301-09-R-0004. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20090729. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is M244. NAICS is 221320 and the size standard is $6,500,000.00. This acquisition is full and open. The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following service: Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation. See the attached Request for Proposal. Industry Day will be held at 8:00 A.M. on 28 Sep 09. Please provide point of contact information on no more than 2 individuals attending, no later than 2:00 p.m. (PST), 23 Sep 09. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete proposal including delivery FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their proposal enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
