- This is a sole source combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Award will be made to Idaho Technology Inc, 390 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Authority: 10 USC 2304 (c ) 1, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is FA8900-09-Q-9254. The following items are required: 10 ea Bacteriophage MS2 A (40 rxn), Part # ASAY-ASY-0121, 10 ea Bacillus Globigii A (40 rxn), Part # ASAY-ASY-0122, 10 ea Erwinia Herbicola A (40 rxn), Part # ASAY-ASY-0123, 10 ea JBAIDS RNA Extraction Kit (16 rxn), Part # JRPD-ASY-0129, 10 ea JBAIDS DNA Extraction Kit (16 rxn), Part # JRPD-ASY-0128. FOB is Destination. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27, last updated 17 October 2008, and the latest DFARS Change Notice DCN20081124. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provision.
