- Solicitation IT IS THE INTENT OF THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE TO CACI INC, BUT ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A BID, PROPOSAL, OR QUOTATION WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY. 0001 - Cables for RLA. The Rotary Launcher Assembly (RLA) Mock-up Cables are common cables used to connect the Ejector Relay Assembly (ERA), Bomb Status Relay Assembly (BSRA), Missile Status Relay Assembly (MSRA), Nuclear Weapon Control Monitor (NWCM), and Transformer/Rectifier Unit (TRU) together in an electrical mock-up of the RLA for test software integration purposes. The Reference designations of the cables are; W0003, W0004, W0005, W0011, W0041, and W0042. Also included are an ambient air temperature cooling fan and the necessary plumbing (pvc pipe fittings and rubber hoses) to route the cooling air to the various chassis.
