- ISSUE DATE: 10/06/2009. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection and Testing Services within the First Coast Guard District. The First District runs from the Maine/Canadian border to Sandy Hook, NJ. Contract will consist of one base and four option years. The estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 dollars, inclusive of all option years. The applicable NAICS code is 541380 and the size standard is $11 million. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 19 and is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Solicitation packages to be available on or about 10/06/2009. The due date for receipt of proposals is on or about 11/05/2009. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted solely on this web site.
