A firm fixed priced task order has been issued to STV, Incorporated, 205 West Welsh Drive, Douglassville, PA 19518, for architectural and engineering (A-E) design services for an Emergency Generator Installation at the Beneficial Insects Introduction Research Unit, Newark, DE. This task order was awarded against an existing contract, AG-3K15-C-08-0007, which had already been competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect and Engineering, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract. The selection of STV, Incorporated was based upon criteria which included the following: overall technical expertise, and an internal analysis of costs.
