Description
REQUIREMENT: The United States Government Farm Service Agency currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in LeSueur County, MN. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,486 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,320 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). THE GOVERNMENT WILL CONSIDER BUILD-TO-SUIT. DELINEATED AREA: The delineated area is County Road 24 on the North, County Road 11 on the East, Hwy 110 on the South and County Road 114 on the West. TERM: The lease term requirement is for 10 years. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy by April 1, 2010 Other applicable requirement includes: First floor space is preferred. • Parking: 38 on-site paved parking spaces with space for pull-through trucks with trailers.. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompained by a letter for the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSION OFN INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING 1. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. For build-to-suit include site location. 2. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. 3. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. 4. Date of space availability. 5. Method of rentable space measurement. 6. Building ownership information. 7. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). 8. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. 9. List of building services provided.
