- Houston SOW Houston Drawings The Executive Office for Immigration Review is requesting a contractor to furnish and install additional utility services to support the Houston Immigration Court for a new Digital Audio Recording (DAR) network. The site prep work is required in order to convert the existing analog courtroom recording to digital recording equipment. Additional utilities and cable raceways must be in place prior to IRM scheduling the installation of cables and new DAR equipment. A detailed statement of work with drawings will be included in the pre-solicitation.
