- Description
- The VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Evergreen Design of Guilford, CT to acquire required services to oversee design, development and testing of an informatics tool to be used by reseachers to check the quality of VISTA EMR via VISTA. Evergreen Design has a unique array of specific skills ideally suited for this task as they are a local expert on VISTA data discovery and extractions. They have a large VA data mining and reporting toool for VISN4 and it is essential that they be part of this effort. This procurement is under the authority ofFAR 6.302. The government shall consider any proposals received by 9/28/09. Information received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
